Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to answer you, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email, phone number, preferred language and the message you write. When you call or text, we see your number. Like most sites, ours may count visits with basic analytics, which do not identify you by name.
How we use it
We use it to reply to you, to check whether we can help, and to run the firm. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Who can see it
The firm’s lawyers and staff, and the companies that host this site and deliver its email, who may use it only to provide those services. We may disclose information when a law or a court requires it.
Please keep it brief
The contact form is not a confidential channel. Tell us the basics and call us for details. If you become a client, what you tell us is protected by the lawyer-client relationship.
How long we keep it
We keep messages from people who do not become clients for as long as we need to answer them, then delete them. Client files are kept as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to hello@esparzalozano.com or calling (956) 555-0142. We will answer in English or Spanish.
